The Viscounty of Poopyloo is a Viscounty in eastern North Oregon. Poopyloo's relationship with Haunsieg started in November of 200X with the Haunsieg annual micronation of the eon trophy being awarded to Viscount Boris. Viscount Boris became a Haunsieg citizen in September 200X. since then he has practically climbed through the peerage all the way up to Archduke. however, Boris was very old by then {89 years old} and died just 5 minutes after his promotion.  his succesor, who turned Poopyloo into a republic, President Joe, had no intention of freindship with Haunsieg. the story of Poopyloo remains a sad one, the nation growing weaker under the tyranny of President Joe, forcing every citizen accept himself to leave.
